Terms and Conditions
By submitting a Service Request Form, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions and understand all information specified below:
Service calls are invoiced based on actual time and material. We cannot provide formal quotes for any service work. You understand that final pricing will vary based on time and material.
Clients pre- authorize up to $150.00 + HST in material without the need to provide a verbal estimate.
Clients pre- authorize up to 1.5 hours of labour without the need to provide a verbal estimate.
A credit card must be on file before any service calls are scheduled. Clients will be invoiced when the job is complete.
Clients have 5 business days to review any completed work as well as invoices. After this time your credit card will be charged automatically and invoices are considered final. Any return visits will result in a separate charge for an additional service call.
Any overdue invoices will be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) after 30 days.
A $50.00 + HST fee will be applied for appointments cancelled or rescheduled on the proposed service date.
You agree to, and understand, our service rates as listed below. A travel fee will also be charged depending on your properties proximity from our office. Any travel fees will be clearly communicated to you before the service is scheduled.
